Welcome to She Rocks Fitness!
She Rocks Fitness was started by me (Katie)! I am a runner, yogi, cyclist, strength trainer, and healthy chef who works hard, plays hard, and enjoys life to the fullest. I believe you do not have to give up the things you love to achieve your fitness and health goals. It’s about balance. moderation, and learning about what works for you and your body. It takes time, patience, and work, but the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle are worth it both physically and emotionally. I’m here to train, educate, and support you on your fitness journey. I love what I do and that is why I am here to help all of you achieve your goals!
It took me a while to get where I am a today, but I have learned a lot over the years from traveling, working in corporate, and meeting so many amazing clients and friends along the way. I have been an athlete my entire life and it continued after college, when I moved out West to pursue my passion for skiing and my love of outdoor adventures. I lived in San Diego for 3 years and Denver for 7 years. While out West, I competed in triathlons, bike races, and running events. I became a certified personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor from Om Time in Denver, CO in 2009. Once I was certified, it was time to make She Rocks Fitness a reality. It has taken a lot of work; learning; growing; experimentation; ups and downs; and is always changing and growing; but so am I and I am enjoying this wonderful journey and honestly would not change it at all.
So this is me…my story…my company…and my dream! I hope that you will follow me and my journey to looking and feeling your best both inside and out! STRONG IS BEAUTIFUL!
